Cancellation Policy
At NieyaBHair Studio we understand sometimes things happen that are out of our control. For this reason we have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled and/or rescheduled.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, client may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the service.
*Extenuating circumstances may warrant a one time exception to this policy.
